What are your daily habits?

To start the day I have a relaxed breakfast, even if I have to wake up a bit earlier, how you start your day matters, not having breakfast or having a quick bite as you walk out the door sets your day for stress and failure. I used to not have breakfast in the morning, there were times when I felt so weak, with no strength and stressed out already. Then I have a coffee to wake me up and I go about my day.
I am trying to create a new habit of having a gratitude moment in the evening to remind myself of the good things of the day. we sometimes get too caught up in the negative and forget the positive.
